There was a screw missing from both taps I bought which meant the tap handle came off when you turn the tap on. I sent an email complaining with photos but didn’t receive a reply. I would not recommend this product.

I bought this for the kitchen and bought the black one for my bathroom. It also goes with my other lollipop fittings. Everything works so well, looks great and I'm so happy with my purchase experience. I live in Brisbane and was concerned about getting these items during lockdowns etc but this company are great communicators and very customer focused. I got my entire order within a week (great range, quality products and service - for a total bargain!)
