We recently shifted to online only due to the change in shopping habits stemming from the recent COVID-19 pandemic. This resulted in low prices with less overheads and limiting face to face contact to keep everyone safe.

How do I track my order?
Once you have placed an order online you will receive a confirmation email with an order number.  Warehouse staff will carefully pack your order during business hours to make ready for despatch. After your order is picked up by the courier one of our friendly sales staff will email you a tracking number where you can track your order online.

What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase and email for your return.
